You’ll lead and inspire an exceptional team, cut through complexity, rally stakeholders, and turn bold ideas into measurable business impact.**Key Responsibilities May Include:*** Lead supply chain strategy and operating model optimization, with accountability for service performance, inventory health, working capital, and supply resilience.* Define and govern the multi‐year supply chain transformation roadmap, ensuring prioritisation, sequencing, and value realisation across initiatives and investments.* Own supply chain network design and capital planning decisions, including capacity strategy, greenfield and brownfield expansion, site optimisation, and real‐estate footprint evolution.* Set decision frameworks and governance for automation, digitisation, and advanced analytics initiatives, ensuring investments align to enterprise priorities and deliver measurable operational value.* Establish and maintain an integrated planning and execution cadence across demand, supply, production, and inventory to enable disciplined decision‐making and cross‐functional alignment.* Lead senior leaders and managers across supply chain strategy, programs, and regional operations, building accountability, capability, and a performance‐driven culture.* Partner with commercial, finance, technology, and operations leaders to align supply chain capabilities with customer needs, growth strategies, and financial commitments.* Embed sustainability and decarbonisation considerations into network design, capital investment, and operational decision‐making to support long‐term enterprise and ESG objectives.**Position Purpose**We are seeking a strategic, execution‐driven supply chain leader to drive transformation across operations excellence, quality, plant automation, sustainability and plant network optimization. This role leads a high‐performing team responsible for elevating enterprise supply chain performance in complex, high‐volume environments.
