Job summary

Sibelco is seeking a Regional Plant Manager in Midlothian, TX to lead operations with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, cost control and on-time delivery. The role requires driving Lean, Six Sigma and TPM initiatives, managing cross‑functional teams, and ensuring EH&S compliance in a regulated process manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will oversee production planning, asset reliability, supplier relations and ongoing performance improvements aligned with the annual business

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of operations leadership directing multiple disciplines.
• Experience in process-manufacturing environments with safety and quality focus.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for plant safety, quality, cost, delivery, and environmental performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Maintenance, Quality and Engineering.
• Deploy Lean, TPM and Kaizen to improve throughput and OEE.
• Establish and track KPIs for safety, yield, downtime, cost and energy.
• Ensure EH&S compliance and regulatory standards across the site.
