Job summary

Sibelco is seeking a Regional Plant Manager for our Midlothian facility. The role leads plant operations, drives safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance, and champions a zero-incident safety culture in a regulated process environment.

You will direct cross-functional teams across Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to deliver continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and TPM while aligning with the annual business plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in engineering or operations management preferred.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams in a process-manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated track record of Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations with accountability for safety, quality, cost, delivery and environmental performance.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and standard work across the plant.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S, PSM, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and manage KPIs for safety, throughput, yield, downtime, energy, and cost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement.
