Experience leading regional planning programs and projects.

Responsibilities

Lead regional trend analysis and reporting on land use, demographics, employment, and real estate.
Oversee forecasting programs, coordinate with jurisdictions and boards, and finalize methodologies.
Prepare forecasting and economic reports and dashboards; oversee data visualization efforts.
Manage programs and projects, supervise staff, and oversee consultants.
Develop work plans, budgets, schedules, and priorities; monitor risk and quality.
