Job summary

Educatius Group seeks a Regional Placement Manager to drive cultural exchange programs across the United States. The role focuses on recruitment, community engagement, and ensuring high-quality student placements with host families and Local Coordinators.

The candidate will mentor team members, oversee operations, and collaborate with the National Placement team to align regional goals with organizational priorities. Travel to events and partner sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the United States.
• 3+ years in recruitment or programme operations within student exchange or study abroad.
• Proven ability to build relationships with host families, Local Coordinators and international agents.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to onboard Host Families (HFs) and Local Coordinators (LCs).
• Build and maintain relationships with Local Coordinators to support student placement efforts.
• Monitor recruitment performance metrics and adjust strategies for better outcomes.
• Engage with schools, local organisations, and community leaders to grow the programme.
• Organise community events to raise awareness and promote placements.
• Oversee end-to-end placement process and ensure regulatory compliance and vetting of host families.
• Provide guidance to Local Coordinators and resolve placement challenges.
• Collaborate with National Placement team to align regional goals.
