- DEA registration and NPI number required.
- Background check with criminal records clearance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 member consultations for weight loss and cardiometabolic care.
- Provide routine patient care, including examinations and lab reviews.
- Maintain up-to-date records and coordinate lab tests as needed.
- Follow up with patients and respond to inquiries post-visit.
- Adhere to policies, safety rules, and productivity metrics.
- Support the team with training and cross-functional questions.

Location: Available to support both Monterey and Santa Cruz locations
Classification: Regular, Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 7:00am - 1:00pm, some later days required due to internal meetings or administrative tasks

- Conduct 1:1 member consultations for weight loss, applying the JumpstartMD program.
- Provide routine patient care, including examinations, screenings, and medication administration.
- Ensure up-to-date patient records, ordering and evaluating lab tests as needed.
- Conduct follow-up calls and promptly respond to post-visit inquiries.
- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics in delivering quality patient care.
- Support team by assisting with medical and program-related questions, attending meetings, and completing required training.
- California licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
- DEA Registration Certificate.
- OIG Clearance and NPI number
- Must be able to meet and receive a background check to include criminal records clearance.
