Qualifications

• Active State Licensure to practice physical therapy
• Ability to supervise and support physical therapist assistants and aides

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Coach patients and teach therapeutic techniques to ease pain and improve mobility.
• Maintain and document patient progress and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with Supervisor and health team members on progress and plans.
