Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Ohio.
• Ability to supervise PT assistants and support staff.
• Strong communication with patients and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Cover Toledo/Northwest Ohio region and create personalized treatment plans.
• Coach patients and apply therapeutic massage to ease pain and promote healing.
• Maintain and document patient records and progress in the EMR.
