Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Pharmacy Training Coordinator to support education and operational excellence across our retail pharmacy locations in Maryland. You will lead onboarding and training for newly hired pharmacists and assist in creating and completing training materials.

The role includes identifying training gaps, offering feedback to improve operations, and supporting compliance initiatives through education and coaching.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of pharmacy experience or training related field.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Ability to pass drug test.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy training, education, and operational excellence across retail pharmacy locations.
• Lead the onboarding and training of newly hired pharmacists.
• Assist with the completion of new hire training materials.
• Identify training gaps and operational opportunities.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve operations.
