The University of the Pacific, Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy, is seeking a full-time Assistant/Associate Clinical Professor serving as the San Jose Regional Coordinator.

The role oversees the APPE program in the San Jose region, supervising PharmD students, precepting rotations, and teaching selected courses. Qualifications

• Pharm.D. with PGY1 residency or fellowship or equivalent experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist in California or eligible for licensure within one year of hire.
• Strong background in ambulatory or acute care pharmacy practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee APPE program in the San Jose region and supervise senior PharmD students.
• Precept APPE rotations and teach selected didactic courses.
• Coordinate rotation sites, regional conferences, and advising in the region.
• Provide clinical services and preceptor support to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center.
• Support and develop volunteer preceptors in the San Jose region.
