Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Completion of a pharmacy residency in area of expertise, or equivalent experience.
• Active licensure or eligibility for pharmacist licensure in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania.
• Evidence of effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the professional pharmacy curriculum and interprofessional education programs.
• Develop course materials, learning objectives, assessments, and rubrics.
• Provide feedback to students and evaluate performance.
• Precept introductory and advanced practice experiences.
• Supervise and mentor students, residents, or learners.
• Promote professional behavior, interprofessional collaboration, and patient-centered care.
• Advise and mentor students on academic progress and career planning.
• Engage in scholarly activity aligned with clinical practice and education.
