Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Pharmacy Floater III to provide pharmacist coverage across stores in the regional network. You will work with the Pharmacy Manager, pharmacists, technicians, and PCRs to ensure accurate, compassionate patient care and efficient pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities include inventory oversight, third-party processing, and adherence to regulatory standards, while supporting staff training and process improvements in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist education: PharmD or equivalent.
• Licensed pharmacist in Texas (or eligible for licensure).
• Experience in retail pharmacy operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacist coverage across stores in the region.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacists, Technicians, and PCRs to deliver patient care.
• Oversee inventory management, third-party processing, and compliance with SOPs.
• Support training and development of staff; ensure quality assurance.
