Responsibilities include recruitment, training, and development of staff, financial performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fitness, several years of experience in sales and the fitness industry, and proven leadership skills to drive growth and improve client satisfaction.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in sales related to fitness industry.
• 3 years of leadership and management experience.
• Ability to motivate and influence all levels of the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Personal Training Managers across multiple clubs.
• Develop and train the Personal Training team.
• Ensure financial performance meets targets.
• Conduct onboarding for new staff.
