Responsibilities

• Maximize regional profitability by monitoring and optimizing income and expenses.
• Oversee workforce planning to ensure cost-effective staffing aligned with business needs.
• Lead, coach, and support regional and community leaders to create high-performing teams.
• Implement and track leadership development programs across the region.
