The People Administrator role oversees full-time and contingent labor across regions, ensuring accurate attendance, proactive planning, and compliant delivery in partnership with Operations, HR, and staffing partners.

The ideal candidate has a strong HR and staffing foundation, working knowledge of co-employment laws, and experience with HRIS/Workday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment (operations, admin support, HR, or related).
• Strong organization and prioritization with high attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and discretion; able to handle confidential information.
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Experience with data entry, auditing, and producing data-driven reports.
• Role may require time on the warehouse floor and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• On-site presence with periodic travel to regional sites; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor FTE and contingent labor headcount across Region; align staffing with volume and SLA targets.
• Track delivery across sites; rebalance labor based on forecast and volume shifts.
• Monitor NHOs by site; ensure delivery rates meet regional goals and forecasts.
• Partner with staffing vendors and co-employment partners to review performance and compliance; develop action plans.
• Assess vendor capacity and scalability for regional needs (seasonality, client mix, shifts).
• Maintain and improve regional demand tracking tools/dashboards for leadership decisions.
• Analyze workforce trends and recommend actions to stabilize delivery and cost.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc reports (site rollups, NHO conversion, vendor fill-rate, reasons).
• Use HRIS and VMS platforms for requisitions, timekeeping, and headcount moves.
• Support MSP in planning and breakdown of regional hiring events; post-event audits.
