Fortra is seeking a Senior Manager, People Experience to lead regional PX strategies and operations. You will partner with regional leaders and global Centers of Excellence to translate PX plans into effective local practices, ensuring compliant, engaging, and efficient Employee experiences.

You will guide complex employee relations, performance initiatives, and talent programs while coaching PX professionals.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience across PX disciplines.
• Experience supporting multiple countries and navigating regional employment practices and compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of local labour and employment legislation and how to apply it to PX practices.
• Strong employee relations experience, including handling complex investigations.
• Demonstrated people leadership and coaching of PX professionals.
• Ability to influence leaders and build trusted relationships across organizational levels.
• Excellent program and project management skills to lead multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with data‑driven insights.
• Excellent communication, consultation, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
• Independent working style with sound judgment and risk escalation when needed.
• Continuous improvement mindset for PX practices and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional PX operations, aligning with global PX strategy and local requirements.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, mobility, compensation, and workforce decisions.
• Oversee regional immigration and compliance matters with internal and external partners.
• Drive performance management, recognition, engagement, and retention programs regionally.
• Use data and insights to identify trends and recommend actions to strengthen the employee experience.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a consistent employee experience.
• Coach and develop PX professionals and partner with Centers of Excellence.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and regional PX projects and changes.
