Requirements

• BS/BA
• 8+ years in HR, PX, or talent roles within large, global organizations, preferably in pharma or related industries
• strong strategic and operational skills
• proficient with data, AI, and digital solutions
• experience managing change, organizational transformation, and cross-functional influence

• client-facing experience, leading indirect teams
