Job summary

Texas Children's is seeking a Regional Practice Administrator to oversee the operation of Pediatrics practices within the network. You will advise and mentor Practice Managers, collaborating with the Director on strategic initiatives and budget development across sites.

The role requires a bachelor’s in healthcare administration or related field, with 4 years of practice management experience. A master’s degree can substitute for up to two years of experience, and a state driver’s license is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field required.
• Master's degree substitutes for two years of work experience.
• Driver's license from any state preferred.
• 4 years of practice management experience or healthcare administration experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director on acquiring practices and onboarding sites into the network.
• Mentor and develop leadership skills for practice managers and supervisors.
• Assist in developing annual budgets for each practice with Directors of Regional Operations and Practice Managers.
• Monitor patient and employee satisfaction and identify process improvements to enhance patient experience and workflow.
• Identify and resolve process issues; participate in committees to improve policies and procedures.
• Contribute to project teams to ensure integration across assigned practices.
