Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a medical office manager in a multi-provider practice or multiple locations.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of healthcare management experience with direct reports, OR 2 years of college coursework with 7 years of healthcare management experience with direct reports.
• OR in lieu of the minimal experience a Master's in Healthcare Administration/related masters focused on healthcare leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced comprehensive management for physician practices.
• Oversee budget, financial performance, and personnel management.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership to ensure high-quality operations.
