Shriners Hospitals for Children is seeking a Motion Analysis Center Physical Therapist to provide specialized pediatric physical therapy within a state‑of‑the‑art motion analysis laboratory. The role focuses on assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of children with complex conditions.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, state licensure, and preference for 5+ years in motion analysis and pediatrics, with a master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed in state of practice.
• Masters degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets regularly with MAC PTs within their region.
• Oversees MAC PTs in their region to ensure proper clinical care, documentation, and full caseload management.
• Works with System leaders to standardize clinical processes across the system.
• Ensures MAC PTs in their region obtain and maintain the clinical aspect of the CMLA accreditation.
• Competent in SMACnet standards for examination including history, ROM, manual muscle testing, outcome measures and neuro testing.
• Interprets motion lab data (kinematics, kinetics, EMG, pedobarograph, video) to support continuity of care.
• Generates concise PT evaluations integrating motion lab findings, patient history, exam, and analysis.
