The role involves regional leadership over MAC PTs, ensuring high-quality clinical care, robust documentation, and maintaining accreditation standards across the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and licensed in state of practice.
• Experience in motion analysis lab and pediatric setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets regularly with MAC PTs within their region.
• Oversees MAC PTs within their region to ensure clinical care and timely documentation.
• Works with system leaders to standardize clinical processes across the system.
• Ensures MAC PTs in their region obtain and maintain CMLA accreditation.
