Job summary

Bausch + Lomb in New Jersey seeks a Regional Account Manager - Market Access to execute payor strategy, secure coverage, coding, and reimbursement across commercial plans, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid in assigned states. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in payor/reimbursement within medical devices.
• 2+ years ophthalmic practice management and revenue cycle experience.
• Ability to interpret MAC LCDs and CMS regulations for MIGS.
• Proven payor strategy, reimbursement, and account management experience.
• Knowledge of Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid reimbursement, coding, billing, and appeals.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder engagement; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional payor strategies for coverage and reimbursement.
• Partner with Sales to remove access barriers and address reimbursement challenges.
• Conduct seminars on payor coverage criteria for MIGS products.
• Build relationships with payor medical directors and state agencies to influence policy.
• Serve as regional expert on payor reimbursement, coding, billing, and appeals.
