Bausch + Lomb is hiring a Regional Account Manager-Market Access to execute payor strategies across a defined region, securing coverage and reimbursement for Surgical Glaucoma products.

The role involves collaboration with Sales, Medical Affairs, and HUB providers to educate physicians and institutions on local payor policy requirements, with extensive travel to build sustainable coverage pathways.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced life science or business background preferred.
• 5+ years in payor/reimbursement within medical devices and Part B coverage.
• 2+ years ophthalmic practice management, billing, or revenue cycle experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute regional payor strategies to secure and maintain coverage, coding, and reimbursement.
• Partner with Sales to educate and support customers by removing access barriers and addressing reimbursement challenges.
• Conduct reimbursement seminars on local payor coverage criteria and requirements.
• Build relationships with payor medical directors, state agencies, and advocacy groups to influence policy and coverage decisions.
• Serve as regional payor and reimbursement expert guiding internal teams and customers on medical device reimbursement processes.
• Travel extensively (30%-50%, ~3 nights/week) to cover assigned region.
