Job summary

Bausch + Lomb seeks a Regional Account Manager for Payor Strategy to secure and optimize coverage, coding, and reimbursement for Surgical Glaucoma products across Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid. You will establish relationships with medical directors and state agencies, drive payer policy, and enable provider adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in life science or business.
• 5+ years in payor/reimbursement within medical devices or Part B coverage.
• 2+ years in ophthalmic practice management, billing, or related reimbursement work.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional payor strategies to secure coverage, coding, and reimbursement.
• Partner with Sales to educate customers and remove access barriers.
• Conduct reimbursement seminars on local payor coverage criteria.
• Build relationships with payor medical directors, state agencies, and advocacy groups.
• Serve as regional payor expert on MIGS device reimbursement, coding, and appeals.
• Engage with Commercial, MedAdv, Medicaid stakeholders and providers.
