Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a Regional Patient Access Manager to optimize patient access across the U.S. You will provide field access support to HCPs, coordinate with SPs, CDPs and HUB partners, and educate on payer policies and patient assistance programs.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with market access, sales, and operations, and involves up to 60% travel. The base salary ranges from $151,000 to $206,000 with a target bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with pharma/biotech market access and specialty pharmacy.
• Strong understanding of payer coverage policies and prior authorization processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60% and work across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide field access support and payer education to Healthcare Professionals to maximize patient access.
• Engage with Specialty Pharmacies, Closed Door Pharmacies, and HUB partners to support product access.
• Educate on payer criteria, coverage issues, and patient financial assistance programs.
• Operate and improve the pharmacy distribution network, vetting pharmacies for integrity and performance.
• Lead and participate in Patient Access workshops and training for new hires.
