Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Regional Patient Access Manager to optimize payer coverage and patient access for U.S. marketed products. You will educate HCPs, liaise with HUBs and specialty pharmacies, and ensure smooth payer adjudication across assigned geographies.

The role requires strong knowledge of payer policies, PHI considerations, and collaboration with Sales, Market Access, Analytics, and Operations. Travel up to 60% is expected, with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 6+ years pharma/biotech commercial experience or advanced degree as described.
• Master's/MBA preferred with 4+ years; PharmD/PhD with 2+ years.
• Strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy, market access, PBM, and payer adjudication.

Responsibilities

• Provide field access support to HCPs and educate on payer coverage.
• Coordinate with HUB and specialty pharmacies to support U.S. marketed products.
• Maintain integrity of the pharmacy distribution network across geography.
• Educate on payer criteria, prior authorization, and patient financial assistance programs.
• Train HCPs on coverage policies and PA processes.
• Support electronic Patient Access submissions (e.g., CoverMyMeds).
• Present payer insights at internal reviews and sales meetings.
• Conduct Patient Access workshops and assist with new hire training.
