Job summary

B Street Collision Center is seeking a Multi-Shop Parts Manager to oversee parts operations across multiple locations. You will audit parts departments, maintain parts flow, and drive consistency, organization, and accountability across the region.

The role requires automotive parts experience, leadership, and the ability to travel between shops. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, a strong focus on process improvement, and opportunities for training and advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have automotive parts experience in a collision repair environment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred for multi-location teams.
• Ability to travel between multiple shop locations as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee parts operations across multiple B Street Collision locations.
• Audit parts departments for consistency, organization, and accuracy.
• Maintain parts flow and accountability across all shops.
• Assist with returns, credits, and parts ordering as needed.
• Identify process improvements and help implement standards.
• Collaborate with production teams, technicians, and vendors.
