Job summary

B Street Collision in Omaha, NE is seeking a Multi-Shop Parts Manager to drive consistency, organization, and accountability across multiple locations. You will lead parts teams, audit departments, and keep parts flow efficient while maintaining accurate systems.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Willing and able to travel between multiple shop locations.
• Ability to lift, squat, kneel, bend, and handle parts weighing 50+ pounds.
• Leadership, process management, or multi-location experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee parts operations across multiple B Street Collision locations.
• Audit parts departments from both in shop and system perspective to ensure consistency, organization, and process accuracy.
• Help maintain parts flow and accountability across all assigned shops.
• Assist locations with returns, credits, and additional parts ordering when necessary.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement operational standards.
• Work closely with production teams, technicians, and vendors to keep repairs moving efficiently.
• Help train and support parts team members while promoting a positive, team-focused culture.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional parts environments across all locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS OF THE AREA PARTS MANAGER:

• Support and oversee parts operations across multiple B Street Collision locations
• Audit parts departments from both an in shop and system perspective to ensure consistency, organization, and process accuracy
• Help maintain parts flow and accountability across all assigned shops
• Assist locations with returns, credits, and additional parts ordering when necessary
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement operational standards
• Work closely with production teams, technicians, and vendors to keep repairs moving efficiently
• Help train and support parts team members while promoting a positive, team-focused culture
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional parts environments across all locations

HERE ARE OUR NON-NEGOTIABLES:

• Maintain a consistent Monday – Friday 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
• Ability to travel between multiple shop locations as needed
• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend, and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
• Motivated pace with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a positive can-do attitude
• Valid driver’s license required
• Leadership, process management, or multi-location experience preferred

The pay range for this role is:

70,000 - 90,000 USD per year (Omaha, NE)
