Texas A&M Engineering's Workforce Development unit is seeking a Build Freedom Regional Manager to coordinate regional activities tied to workforce development initiatives. The role requires strong relationship building and effective communication with school systems, industry partners, and government entities.

You will manage regional program delivery across multiple locations with a focus on alignment and impact.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating with multiple partners and education systems.

Mansioni

• Coordinate Build Freedom activities regionally.
• Serve as liaison between TEES/DoW and local partners.
• Engage school systems and educators to align programs.
• Support regional onboarding of locations in Texas.
• Report regional activities and outcomes.
