Job summary

Lazada Group is seeking a Manager, Regional Strategic Partner Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships across Southeast Asia, coordinating with e-Commerce enablers, logistics partners, and fintech providers. The role requires leadership across cross-functional teams and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

You will design and run commercial programs, oversee joint business planning, and drive adoption of performance marketing tools while traveling to partner sites and Lazada country

Qualifications

• Proven track record in strategic partnership/account management and program development.
• Experience managing multiple external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
• Strong data-driven decision making and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with external partners through Joint Business Plans and reviews.
• Lead and execute partnership initiatives aligning with Lazada growth and platform investments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalise partnerships and monitor deliverables.
• Identify improvement areas and troubleshoot issues raised by partners.
