Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the technology, advocacy, and/or workforce sector in New York and New Jersey.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig into the details
• Relationship building and partnership management skills
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and convert them into partnerships
• Experience utilizing Salesforce and analyzing data

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a partner network to advance Per Scholas' mission in NY/NJ.
• Coordinate partnership management with philanthropic, government, and community stakeholders.
• Support donor strategy, meeting prep, and engagement activities.
• Cultivate thought leadership opportunities and sponsor events.
• Collaborate with Executive Director, Managing Directors, and Development teams.
• Provide reporting and research on government activities.
