Job summary

Accela Healthcare is seeking a Regional Painter & Drywall Technician to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers across New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area. This role is ideal for someone who values ownership and enjoys a variety of projects in welcoming healthcare environments.

You will patch, paint, install, and finish drywall, travel between facilities, and uphold safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

3–5 years of professional commercial painting experience.
Strong drywall installation and repair experience.
Experience with commercial repaint and renovation projects.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to travel regionally between facilities.

Responsibilities

Prepare, patch, repair, and paint interior and exterior commercial spaces.
Install, repair, tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall to a professional standard.
Match existing paint colors and textures for seamless repairs.
Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, scraping, priming, and caulking.
Apply paint, stain, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
Complete resident room refreshes, common area renovations, and facility improvement projects.
Travel between multiple healthcare facilities to complete scheduled projects.
Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and infection control standards.
