You will drive revenue through new business development and strategic account management, delivering tailored packaging automation solutions to customers.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, on-site visits, product demonstrations, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial or packaging sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Ability to manage a regional territory independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the Southeast Territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct on-site visits, assessments, and product demonstrations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver solutions.
