Job summary

STR Behavioral Health seeks a Community Outreach Liaison to connect clinical partners, clients, and families with treatment resources at our Exton facility. You will educate communities and referral sources about STR programs, coordinate with admissions, and help ensure a smooth client experience from intake to early treatment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, healthcare exposure, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset; a valid driver’s license is required for outreach

• High School diploma required with healthcare experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build partnerships and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with local and national leadership to develop community partnerships and grow referrals.
• Educates communities, providers, clients, and families about STR programs and services.
• Acts as a welcoming ambassador for admissions, guiding clients and families through the intake process.
