Job summary

STR Behavioral Health is seeking a Community Outreach Liaison (Business Development Representative) in the Exton area to connect clinical partners with treatment services and support local admissions. You will educate communities about our programs, build referral networks, and serve as a welcoming liaison for clients and families at the facility.

The role emphasizes establishing partnerships, expanding market presence, and guiding potential admissions through the early stages of care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; 2+ years in healthcare preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and clean driving record.
• TB test clearance and CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local and national leaders to identify community partnerships and grow the facility’s market presence.
• Schedule follow-ups with referral sources to address obstacles to growth and retention.
• Explain care options to clients, families, and referral sources and align programs to individual needs.
• Assist admissions by welcoming clients and families and guiding them through initial steps.
