Job summary

UNDIVIDED is seeking a strategic Organizing Director for Seattle and Washington State to lead community organizing, build leader networks, and advance justice campaigns. You will oversee developing leaders, trainings, and strategic work across remote teams, collaborating with clergy and community partners to strengthen the movement.

The role focuses on building relational organizing, strategy, and campaigns, with travel and flexible hours as needed, contributing to national learning and growth

Qualifications

2+ years in community organizing or related work.
Experience developing leaders and coaching distributed teams.
Strong understanding of grassroots organizing and power-building.
Travel and flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Recruit and develop leaders and teams deeply rooted in their church and community.
Guide and support strategic justice campaigns to advance justice and build leadership.
Support growing UNDIVIDED organizing movement across Seattle and beyond.
