Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, nursing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare leadership, with a focus on performance optimization and value-based care.
• Proven experience managing P&L responsibilities and driving financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple practice locations ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize practice performance focusing on value-based care initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs to identify inefficiencies and drive financial improvements.
• Drive quality improvement, patient safety and regulatory adherence (HIPAA and other regs).
• Provide leadership for integration and operational initiatives, workgroups, and cross-functional teams.
• Support engagement initiatives for integration success and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee performance tracking, reporting, and outcome measurement.
• Develop strong relationships with practice leadership and providers.
