Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years of senior-level healthcare operations experience, preferably in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional strategy across clinical, operational, and financial performance.
• Direct Treatment Center Directors; coach, develop, and hold leaders accountable for results.
• Monitor financial performance; optimize budgets; ensure sustainability and profitability.
• Maintain rigorous adherence to federal, state, and company policies while prioritizing patient care.
• Expand patient access, retention, and community engagement across your portfolio.
• Collaborate with national executives to align regional execution with organizational priorities.
