Job summary

Eclipse Advantage is seeking an Area Manager to oversee 3-5 distribution locations, driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and growth across sites in the region. You will implement warehouse and distribution plans, track metrics, and lead cross-functional projects.

The role requires 3-7 years of multi-site ops experience, strong data analysis, and superb communication. Travel to local Phoenix area and Spanish language skills are a plus; you’ll mentor site managers and ensure safety

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in multi-site operational management.
• Proven ability to develop workforce strategies and drive process improvements.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to use metrics for decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
• Sales-minded with the ability to support business development activities.
• Willingness to travel in local Phoenix area.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic warehouse and distribution operations plans across sites.
• Establish and enforce processes, procedures, and metrics for efficiency and safety.
• Lead cross-functional projects, including facility start-ups and other initiatives.
• Prepare and oversee financial budgets and targets.
• Conduct monthly financial projections and site analysis for cost savings.
• Serve as the primary client contact, addressing inquiries and managing expectations.
• Build trust-based client relationships while maintaining operational integrity.
• Handle challenging conversations with maturity and adaptability.
• Partner with sales to identify growth opportunities and conduct site visits.
• Assist in client presentations showcasing operational expertise.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for regional facilities; drive continuous improvement.
• Use data to identify trends, optimize workflows, and implement enhancements.
• Lead and mentor facility managers and direct reports.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and innovation across sites.
