Job summary

VIP Medical Group seeks an accomplished leader to oversee clinic operations across a defined multi-state region, driving efficiency, profitability, and clinical excellence. You will build and coach clinical teams, partner with physicians and APPs, and translate strategic priorities into actionable field execution.

The role requires travel up to 70%, a track record of multi-site healthcare leadership, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site operations leadership in healthcare (clinic, outpatient, or practice- based preferred).
• Strong understanding of clinic workflows, staffing models, and patient throughput.
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally (up to 70%).

About the role

What You’ll Do:

• Lead clinic operations across a defined multi-state region, ensuring each clinic runsefficiently, profitably, and with clinical excellence.
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing clinic teams — including front desk, medical assistants, and sonographers — to deliver exceptional care.
• Partner directly with physicians and APPs to foster a collaborative, high-trust clinical environment.
• Drive operational results by translating strategic priorities into field execution, including clinic ramp-ups, staffing models, patient engagement, and more.
• Be the regional owner of both performance and culture — ensuring patients and teammates feel heard, respected, and supported.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred (Healthcare, Business, or related);
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally (up to 70%)
