Job summary

VIP Medical Group is seeking a Regional Operations Director to lead clinic operations across a defined multi-state region, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and clinical excellence. You will build and coach high-performing clinic teams, partner with physicians and APPs, and translate strategic priorities into actionable field execution, including ramp-ups, staffing, and patient engagement.

Travel up to 70% regionally; be the regional owner of performance and culture, with a focus on patient

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site operations leadership in healthcare (clinic, outpatient, or practice-based preferred).
• Strong understanding of clinic workflows, staffing models, and patient throughput.
• Proven ability to lead regional performance, team development, and P&L results.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferred (Healthcare, Business, or related).
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally (up to 70%).
