Food Lion in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Regional Support Specialist to drive sustainable growth across the region. You will analyze operational results, ensure Food Safety and regulatory compliance, and lead front-line talent development to improve store performance.

Collaborating with Directors of Operations and the Regional Executive Committee, you’ll build bench strength, plan talent, and ensure execution of regional initiatives while delivering on financial targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in retail, merchandising, training, or change management.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Strong retail operations experience and track record of execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Identify regional KPI focus and develop action plans based on indicators.
• Partner with Directors of Operations and Store Managers to evaluate regional initiatives.
• Lead talent planning conversations for performance, capabilities, and succession.
• Ensure training programs and regulatory requirements are met across regions.
• Educate leadership to maximize front-end KPI execution and program rollout.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to meet financial targets.
