Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks a Regional Operations Occupancy Specialist to support multiple affordable housing communities in Central Massachusetts.
The role travels between properties to manage occupancy operations, applicant processing, certifications, and compliance while helping sites meet leasing goals. You’ll coordinate LIHTC compliance, lotteries, waitlists, and reporting, with strong organizational skills and the ability to travel.

We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and customer-focused Regional Operations Occupancy Specialist to join our growing affordable housing team. This is a fast-paced and exciting roving position supporting multiple affordable housing communities within an assigned geographic territory in Central, MA.
The Regional Operations Occupancy Specialist will travel between properties to support occupancy operations, applicant processing, certifications, compliance administration, lease-up activity, and site team support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in their day-to‑day responsibilities, and can successfully manage multiple priorities across several communities.

Compensation and Benefits:
