Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred for advanced leadership and strategy.
• 3+ years of multi-site healthcare operations management with P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and financial performance for assigned centers across the region.
• Oversee daily operations and staffing for multiple urgent care centers.
• Lead large teams and drive performance through coaching and development.
• Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to build a strong pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing for community engagement and growth.
• Ensure compliance, quality of care, and data-driven reporting.
