We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager for Southeast with experience in Automatic Pedestrian Doors (APD) and Entry Door Systems (EDS) to join Overhead Door Company of Atlanta, a DH Pace company.

This role involves leveraging your background in sales, service, installation, and operational management to improve processes, foster team development, and increase profitability across multiple locations with up to 60% travel in the Southeast.

Position Overview

• Shape and improve Southeast Entry Door Systems (EDS) and Automatic Pedestrian Door (APD) service and installation operations.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and meet financial goals.
• Lead and support staff, providing operational guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with branch and district managers, and work with technicians and department leaders.
• Utilize financial reports and metrics for operational management.
• Travel up to 60% in the Southeast, including locations like Atlanta, Dalton, Nashville, and Huntsville.

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of industry experience in APD and/or EDS, with management experience across multiple locations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 60%, with a monthly car allowance.
• Proficient in Windows, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve operational and financial performance.
• Technical aptitude with mechanical systems; AAADM certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
• Background checks, employment verification, and drug screening required prior to hire.
