About The Role And Team

Sales at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don't come with a script. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be a key analytical partner to our Go-to-Market leadership, building the models and frameworks that drive our commercial engine. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, translating complex business questions into practical sales strategies that improve productivity and marketplace health.

This role is for a data-driven operator who thrives in the "messy reality" of a fast-growing business and can stay calm under the pressure of tight deadlines. You won't just report numbers; you will own critical planning cadences, manage territory disputes, and troubleshoot process inefficiencies to ensure our sales teams are set up to win. If you have a "roll‑up-your-sleeves" mentality and the analytical intuition to find signals in unstructured data, this is where you'll grow.

Rate of Pay: $131,000 to $160,000 per year

You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits. More details can be found at the following link https://www.uber.com/careers/benefits.

  • Write queries, perform data analysis, and create data visualizations to optimize operations.
  • Develop new metrics to track user engagement and retention for internal products.
  • Perform time-series analyses, hypothesis testing, and ad-hoc analyses to statistically assess relative impact and extract trends on new product launches.
  • Create, improve, and automate reporting methods through an understanding of databases, data relationships, and data integrity.
  • May telecommute.
Basic Qualifications
  • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Analytics, Communications, Instructional Tech and Media, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in an operations‑related occupation.

    • Programming for Analysis & Automation; including using Python or R for data wrangling, modeling, and automation;
    • Writing scripts to clean data, build pipelines, and run operational simulations;
