About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Operations pro to support the Sales Ops function for Uber for Business, acting as a trusted partner to Sales leadership while driving alignment between strategy and execution. Our Sales Ops team supports and enables frontline GTM teams to sell & service more efficiently and effectively by providing strategic direction and reducing friction in the GTM process. This role will play a key role in optimizing performance and enabling sustainable growth across our SMB and MM segments. This role requires strong operational rigor, analytical depth, and executive-level communication.
* Stakeholder management: Partner closely with senior sales leaders and cross functional partners to align on strategy
Experience with forecasting and data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
For Chicago, IL‑based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $118,000 per year - USD $131,000 per year.
For New York City, NY‑based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $131,000 per year - USD $145,000 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full‑time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
