Job Description Title: Regional Operations Manager

Immediate Supervisor: Regional Director, Owner

Position: Exempt/Non-Exempt

General Job Summary:

Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations at a regional level, especially for high-value or high-volume businesses, exceeding the standard Operations Manager scope of responsibility.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise all aspects of the business, including supplies, staff, and production.
2. Confirm quality and quantity of work completed at the end of each day.
3. Maintain acceptable performance standards and metrics for crews.
4. Maintain contracts and/or performance schedules.
5. Oversee daily staff performance.
6. Handle administrative functions such as ordering and tracking supplies, billing, recording hours, and safety documentation.
7. Ensure safety practices and human resource policies are followed at all times.
8. Collaborate with HR to recruit and onboard staff.
9. Work with ownership to recruit and upsell existing customers and increase business volume.
10. Perform other related work as assigned, utilizing available resources to meet goals.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to complete assignments independently and self-direct daily activities.
• Organized and motivated to support projects as directed.
• 5-10 years of experience as an Operations Manager or higher.
• 10+ years in Project Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage multiple locations.
