Title: Regional Operations Manager

Immediate Supervisor: Regional Director, Owner

Position: Exempt Non-Exempt

General Job Summary:

Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations for a regional level, high value or high volume business above and beyond the standard Operations Manager scop of responsibility.

Principal duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise all aspects of business from supplies to staff and production.
• Confirm quality of work being done and quantity done at the end of each day.
• Responsible for maintaining acceptable performance standards and metrics of crews.
• Maintain contract and/or performance schedule.
• Oversee day-to-day performance of staff.
• Responsible for all administrative functions necessary to document work including but not limited to ordering and tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc.
• Ensure safety practices and procedures and human resource policies and procedures are being followed at all times.
• Work with HR to recruit and onboard staff.
• Work with ownership to recruit and upsell existing customers and business volume.
• Perform other related work as assigned using available resources to achieve established goals.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Have the ability to complete assignments with no supervision and self-direct daily activities
• Organized and motivated to provide project support as directed
• 5-10 years previous experience as an Operations Manager or higher
• 10 plus years in Project Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to manage multiple locations
