Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Plant Managers across multiple production facilities.
• Provide indirect leadership to Assistant Plant Managers, I&E Specialists, and Plant Operators.
• Champion safety and operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase production reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor plant performance, production rates, uptime, and operational KPIs.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and team engagement initiatives.
• Oversee FDA and cGMP compliance programs where applicable.
• Provide leadership during operational challenges and maintain 24/7 on-call oversight responsibilities.
